Good Friday Service

Harvest Fair
Saturday 11th April 2026Welcome in the harvest season with us at our annual Harvest Fair. Gather a group of friends and enjoy a very special day at the farm, where you can experience live music, interactive games, and creative workshops, along with local food providers and market stalls.
Farm Tours
Dates TBCFarm tours including tasting are available for groups of 10+ and cost $30 per person for a 1 hour tour.
- Tours give you the full farm experience, including access to the orchard and learning about the history of the farm. You will have the opportunity to gather your own nuts and sample them freshly roasted. Additionally, you’ll get to taste some of our award-winning chestnut recipes.
- Tours must be booked at least one week prior with a 10% deposit made at the time of booking.
VENUE HIRE
Sassafras Nuts Farm is available to hire as a venue for private and public events, including weddings, parties, corporate functions, fundraisers, community events and photo shoots.
Located inland from the NSW South Coast in the Budawang Ranges, just two hours and forty minutes drive from Sydney; ninety minutes from Wollongong; two hours from Canberra and forty minutes from Nowra, it is ideal for those seeking a rural or farm-style venue not too far from the city.

Tours & Group Visits
You can also book to bring a large group of 30+ people to visit the farm, or arrange a Farm Tour. Farm tours are available for groups of 10 or more. We will design a tour that suits your group.
